THE SERVICES
Chartering
We are working closely with all parties involved (ship-owners, brokers) to ensure that chartering needs of our customers are met promptly and within the applicable Laycans requirements. After examining of the specification of cargo, quantity, terms of carriage, its route, we will develop the most efficient way of delivery by sea and offer the most suitable port for processing. The available options for sea freight are: Voyage charter, which means hiring of a vessel for a single voyage; and Time charter (hiring of a vessel for a specific agreed period of time). Our chartering services include: Searching for vessels and offering charters based on the customer's requirements; Estimation off voyage costs; Monitoring a vessel in order to ensure full compliance with the charter terms; Demurrage and dispatch calculation.

Shipping Agency
YU WEN TRADE provides prompt and effective agency services to vessels, principals and service providers (including, operators of transshipment terminals at the seaports). Our operations are backed by in-depth expertise, cooperation with seaport authorities and operators of the transshipment terminals for fast and efficient vessel turnaround. YU WEN TRADE performs: Reporting of cargo status, port status and weather conditions; Preparations and handling of the shipping documentation; Berth availability monitoring and arranging berthing of the incoming vessels; Supervising of loading and discharge operations; Contacting shippers/forwarders with regard to deliveries/shipments; Conveying instructions to and from a ship-owner; Arranging inspection and necessary repair works of vessels; Outward port clearance.
